Review and Revise 100-Page Contracts in Just One Minute
On July 10, BHSN announced the official launch of its proprietary legal-specialized large language model (LLM), 'Alibi Astro (allibee astro)'.
'Alibi Astro' has enhanced its legal expertise through continuous pre-training (CPT) based on an extensive dataset of statutes, case law, and policy documents. In addition, it has been trained on language structures and contexts used in actual legal practice through reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) that incorporates the opinions of professionals such as attorneys.
In particular, the 'AI contract review' feature enables the model to review an average 100-page English engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract in just one minute. It can also build expert-level legal reasoning based on an understanding of the law, including clause interpretation and suggestions for revisions.
The model is also equipped with search and analysis functions for global regulatory and policy documents, targeting not only domestic conglomerates and global corporations with significant overseas trade and investment, but also government agencies and public institutions. Alibi Astro is designed to support a wide range of environments, from subscription-based SaaS to on-premise installations.
Lim Jeonggeun, CEO of BHSN, stated, "Alibi Astro was developed with a focus on enabling efficient document generation and review in the legal field, which demands high accuracy and expertise, through legal AI. We will continue to drive innovation in the legal AI market through ongoing advancements."
