Hanmi Semiconductor announced on July 10 that it has signed a premium membership agreement with the luxury hotel & resort brand Ananti.
On July 9, at Hanmi Semiconductor's headquarters, the two companies entered into a premium membership contract valued at 12 billion KRW. Through this partnership, all Hanmi Semiconductor employees will be able to use Ananti resorts free of charge in accordance with internal regulations. In addition, they will receive special benefits for using Ananti resort facilities such as the spa, golf, swimming, tennis, and restaurants.
Ananti, a KOSDAQ-listed company, is a leading luxury hotel·resort brand in Korea. It operates top-class resort facilities with a private and exotic atmosphere in major locations across the country, including Gangnam, Busan, Jeju, Namhae, Gapyeong, Cheongpyeong, and Jincheon.
Besides the Ananti resort membership, Hanmi Semiconductor is striving to become a 'company people want to work for' by introducing various employee welfare programs. Recently, the company began offering free lunch and dinner, accompanied by Starbucks coffee, through its newly selected professional catering partner, Shinsegae Food.
Hanmi Semiconductor also provides paid leave separate from annual leave, tuition support for high school and university students regardless of the number of children, free single-occupancy dormitories, a welfare credit card developed in partnership with Shinhan Card, and support for various occasions such as birthdays and childbirth. In addition, the company operates a range of award programs, including long-term service awards, achievement awards, and intellectual property awards.
