The Busan Veterans Association (Chairman Park Donggil) visited the Busan Veterans Hospital on the afternoon of July 8 to deliver consolation gifts to the veterans wounded in the Korean War and wished them a speedy recovery.

This visit was organized to honor the spirit of sacrifice of the veterans who served the country and to express gratitude. Chairman Park Donggil, while conversing with hospital officials, stated, "The freedom and peace of the Republic of Korea are built upon the dedication of our senior comrades," and urged them to devote even greater care to medical treatment and rehabilitation.
Chairman Park then handed over gifts prepared by the association members to Hospital Director Lee Jeongju, expressing his sincere hope for the swift recovery of the veterans.
The Busan Veterans Association visits the veterans hospital every year to offer support to wounded veterans and continues a variety of activities with the purpose of remembering and carrying on the honor of those who sacrificed for the nation, which it considers its mission.
