LG Electronics announced on July 9 that its OLED TV served as a vivid digital canvas for Kim Ayoung's works at her exhibition, "The Soft Geometry of Being," held recently at the Guggenheim Museum in New York, USA. The OLED TV played a key role in capturing the essence of the artworks and fostering interaction between the artist and the audience.
During the presentation held at the museum's circular theater, the audience experienced the main characters "Ernst Mo" and "En Storm" from Kim's renowned "Delivery Dancer" series through six 77-inch LG OLED evo TVs. The OLED evo units were installed vertically, three on each side of the theater, vividly depicting scenes of the characters racing on bikes or drifting through the city. The outstanding picture quality of the OLED evo provided the audience with an immersive experience, seamlessly blending the artist's world with the stage.

In February of this year, Kim Ayoung became the first Korean recipient of the "LG Guggenheim Award." She is an artist recognized for her innovative works utilizing advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR). At this exhibition, which is part of the award benefits, she used LG OLED TV?at the forefront of display technology?to present her artistic vision and engage with the audience.
LG Electronics introduced its 2025 LG OLED TV as not only delivering "perfect black" for exceptional depth and detail, but also reproducing true-to-life colors even in bright environments. The display has also received "Perfect Black" and "Perfect Color" certifications from the global certification body UL Solutions.
