The total contract amount is approximately KRW 72.5 billion, and the construction period is about 12 months from the start date. On the F2-1 block, a resource circulation center and a parts and materials warehouse will be newly built, each spanning from one basement level to three above-ground floors, as well as a parking tower with one basement level and six above-ground floors. On the F9 block, a raw materials warehouse will be constructed on the first floor above ground.

Dongbu Construction plans to use this contract as an opportunity to diversify its portfolio into industrial facilities and mixed-use development projects, thereby strengthening its position in the private market.

Recently, Dongbu Construction has achieved results in its main business areas, such as civil engineering, architecture, and housing, through a strategy of diversifying contract acquisitions. In the public works sector, the company has built a track record in roads, ports, public housing, educational facilities, and military facilities. In the private sector, it is expanding its construction scope to include urban redevelopment projects in Seoul and the metropolitan area, as well as plants and manufacturing facilities.

A Dongbu Construction representative stated, "This contract is the result of our accumulated construction expertise and technical capabilities across various fields," and added, "Based on our experience in the public sector, we will enhance our competitiveness in the private market and continue to pursue sustainable growth."
