On July 7, the KOSDAQ Market Division of the Korea Exchange announced that the Corporate Review Committee has decided to delist Sejong Medical.
The exchange stated that within the next 20 business days, it will convene a KOSDAQ Market Committee meeting to make a final decision on whether to proceed with the delisting or to grant a period for improvement.
