Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to cooperate in the following areas: developing exchange and cooperation projects utilizing the facilities operated by Cheongdo Woori Spirit Culture Foundation and various facilities of Daegu Cyber University; providing industry-academic cooperation scholarships to employees and family members of Cheongdo Woori Spirit Culture Foundation when they enroll at Daegu Cyber University; jointly developing and operating education programs to foster the Cheongdo Woori Spirit (Hwarang and Saemaeul Spirit); and promoting Daegu Cyber University's cyber lifelong learning platform for people with disabilities.
Lee Geunyong, President of Daegu Cyber University, stated, "By combining the university's educational capabilities with the foundation's cultural resources, we expect to bring about tangible changes in the local community," and added, "We will actively cooperate so that this agreement can develop into a sustainable regional coexistence model, rather than remaining a one-time project."
With this agreement as a starting point, Daegu Cyber University plans to expand specialized programs for current students and local residents by utilizing the foundation's diverse cultural facilities and resources, thereby contributing to the development of local culture and the increase of the resident population.
