Deputy Mayor Lee explained the symbolism of Sejong City, which has been designated as a Hangeul Culture City, and addressed the global demand for Hangeul and Korean Wave culture and learning. He proposed support for related key projects.

In particular, he stressed the need for national funding for the construction of the National Hangeul Culture Complex, a key facility that would serve as a hub for the global spread and development of Hangeul and Korean Wave culture.

Additionally, regarding the construction of the Second Administrative Support Center, he requested prompt cooperation in expediting related procedures, such as applying for an exemption from the preliminary feasibility study, so that the project can proceed on schedule next year. He cited the need for the center to address the saturation of the Government Sejong Convention Center and to meet the large-scale demand for meetings and events resulting from the relocation of additional central government and public institutions.

He also proposed support for the cost of a preliminary feasibility study for the construction of the Jecheon Underpass, which would connect the currently disconnected section of National Route 96 within the city and strengthen transportation links with major facilities such as the future National Assembly Sejong Building. In addition, he requested national funding for the construction of the Sejong District Court and Prosecutors' Office, as well as for the establishment of a driver's license examination center to improve citizen convenience and meet the demand for safety education.
