Kyungdong Navien Ranked No. 1 in Gas Boiler Category of 'National Customer Satisfaction Index'

Kyungdong Navien announced on July 7 that it has been ranked No. 1 in the gas boiler category of the '2025 National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI)'.

The 'National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI)', organized by the Korea Productivity Center (KPC), is a model that determines the level of customer satisfaction by analyzing the gap between customer expectations and actual usage experiences. Starting this year, the gas boiler category was newly established, and Kyungdong Navien was selected as the first No. 1 in this new category.

Navien Condensing ON AI

Since 1988, Kyungdong Navien has led advancements in the heating sector by developing eco-friendly and high-efficiency condensing boilers. In 2022, the company shifted the boiler paradigm from 'heating' to 'hot water' with the launch of the 'Navien Condensing ON AI', a boiler with significantly enhanced hot water capabilities, thereby providing customers with a more comfortable living environment.

Kyungdong Navien has also integrated artificial intelligence (AI) technology into its boilers. A representative feature is the 'Fast Hot Water Smart Operation', which analyzes the user's lifestyle patterns over the past seven days and prepares hot water in advance for peak usage times, supplying it quickly when needed.

In addition, the Navien Condensing ON AI calculates the amount of gas used for heating and hot water at the beginning of each month and estimates the expected gas bill. Based on this information, it also provides recommended boiler usage methods according to the indoor environment, helping customers reduce their heating costs.
