On July 7, Hyundai Motor Securities announced that it is recruiting the first cohort of its "University Student Supporters" as part of a brand campaign aimed at strengthening communication with the MZ generation (Millennials and Generation Z).
This recruitment targets university students interested in content planning and video production, with a total of 12 participants to be selected. Applications are open from July 7 until 3:00 p.m. on August 8. The selected supporters will participate in promoting the Hyundai Motor Securities brand and producing online and offline content for approximately four months, from September to December. Activities will be conducted both individually and in teams, and a variety of offline programs, including an inauguration ceremony, workshops, and a completion ceremony, will also be held.
Final selections will be made after a first-round document screening and a second-round interview, with successful candidates to be announced on August 25. The inauguration ceremony is scheduled for September 3, and the completion ceremony will take place on December 10.
All participants will receive a monthly activity allowance of 400,000 won and a certificate of completion. In addition, the best-performing team each month will receive a separate incentive of 100,000 won. Outstanding participants, including the best team, best individual, and special award winners, will be awarded a prize of 1,000,000 won.
An educational program is also planned. This includes lectures by external instructors on content planning and production, basic education on finance and investment, and career counseling in the securities industry through conversations with senior professionals, all of which are expected to contribute to enhancing practical job skills.
Applications can be submitted online via the Hyundai Motor Securities recruitment website, and applicants are required to submit a separate 30-second self-introduction video.
