Clarifying Allegations of Divorce, Premarital Pregnancy, and School Violence

Moon Won (real name Park Sangmoon, 37), a singer who recently announced his marriage to Shinji (real name Lee Jisun, 44) of the group Koyote, has admitted to previously engaging in real estate brokerage activities without a license and has issued an apology.
On July 3, through his social media account, Moon Won stated, "It is true that I conducted real estate business with a brokerage office without having a certified real estate agent license. I started this work at the suggestion of an acquaintance during my lesser-known days to make a living, but it was my fault for not realizing that conducting brokerage activities without the proper qualifications was wrong." He added, "I will not make any excuses. I sincerely apologize to everyone who is disappointed, and I will take full responsibility for my actions."
Previously, Shinji introduced her fianc? Moon Won for the first time through her personal YouTube channel, 'Eotteoshinji.' In the released video, Moon Won revealed that he had been divorced once and has a daughter from his previous marriage. He said, "My ex-wife is raising our daughter, but I continue to communicate and care for her for the sake of our child."
After the video was made public, various controversies arose regarding Moon Won's words and actions. He was criticized for mentioning 'age weight' to Koyote member Kim Jongmin, whom he was meeting for the first time, for claiming not to know about Shinji's fame, and for using honorifics when referring to his ex-wife. Online, a range of suspicions were raised, including premarital pregnancy, having simultaneous relationships, violence during his school years and military service, history of changing his name, and fraudulent real estate dealings.
In response, Moon Won said, "I apologize for causing discomfort with my careless words and actions in the video," and added, "I deeply reflect on my lack of manners toward Kim Jongmin and Baekga as well."
He denied most of the allegations related to his personal life. He explained, "It is true that I married my ex-wife due to a premarital pregnancy, but the claim that I was seeing someone else at the same time is not true." He also stated, "There is absolutely no truth to the claims that I bullied others during my school years or military service, and if necessary, I will present objective evidence to prove this."
Regarding suspicions about changing his name, he clarified, "Park Sangmoon is my real name, and I only changed my stage name from Giryeon to Moon Won; I have never legally changed my name." He concluded, "I will reflect on my shortcomings and strive to be a more responsible person in my life with Shinji."
