In connection with the Authority's ongoing 'Bike Ansim Care' program, a policy project for safety management and services targeting mobility-vulnerable groups in Paju City will be developed. Bike Ansim Care is a service that attaches accident detection and automatic emergency reporting devices using artificial intelligence and Internet of Things technology to motorcycles or electric mobility aids (such as electric wheelchairs), enabling emergency contact with accident control centers or 119 and arranging for prompt transport.

Additionally, the Authority will conduct special inspections of student-only school shuttle buses (hydrogen buses), promote on-site traffic safety education (targeting middle and high schools in Paju City), and carry out traffic safety publicity and campaigns to foster an advanced traffic culture in order to enhance traffic safety in Paju City. Jung Yongshik, President of the Korea Transportation Safety Authority, stated, "Going forward, we will do our utmost to cooperate with Paju City to vitalize local government mobility projects and ensure traffic safety."
