Prime Location at Cheongnyangni Station: 'Cheongnyangni Station Yojin Y City' Set for July Launch

Prime Location at Cheongnyangni Station: 'Cheongnyangni Station Yojin Y City' Set for July Launch

The area surrounding Cheongnyangni Station is shedding its image as a once run-down neighborhood and is emerging as a new residential hotspot in northeastern Seoul, driven by the influx of new demand following infrastructure improvements and the development of high-rise buildings and luxury mixed-use complexes.

Apartment complexes around Cheongnyangni Station are not only leading overall housing prices in Dongdaemun-gu, but are also showing strong momentum, setting new record-high prices even during economic downturns.

Industry experts predict that the future value of the Cheongnyangni Station area will continue to rise. Cheongnyangni Station boasts an excellent transportation network even within central Seoul, and further expansion of transportation infrastructure is planned, increasing the potential for additional demand. While development south of Cheongnyangni Station has been the main driver of change so far, active redevelopment projects such as Cheongnyangni Districts 6 and 8 and the Miju Apartment Redevelopment Project are now underway, which is expected to enhance the residential infrastructure and value of the northern area. Additionally, the development of business districts such as the Hongneung Bio Cluster is anticipated to bring further benefits to the area.

As a result, this positive trend is likely to spread across the entire real estate market, not just apartments. In this context, 'Cheongnyangni Station Yojin Y City', which is expected to benefit from the rising future value of Cheongnyangni Station, is attracting attention ahead of its upcoming launch.

'Cheongnyangni Station Yojin Y City' is located in Cheongnyangni-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and will consist of a total of 155 units, including 130 apartment-style homes (urban lifestyle housing) with exclusive areas ranging from 43 to 59 square meters, 25 officetel units with exclusive areas from 65 to 84 square meters, spanning from four basement levels to 19 above-ground floors, as well as neighborhood living facilities.

This development is situated to fully enjoy the evolving infrastructure of Cheongnyangni Station. Unlike standard apartments, it does not require a subscription savings account, making it an excellent opportunity for newlyweds, young people, and single-person households with low housing subscription scores to secure a home in central Seoul.

The surrounding infrastructure is also abundant. Residents can take advantage of Cheongnyangni Station, which serves six lines: Subway Line 1, Gyeongchun Line (ITX-Cheongchun), Gyeongui-Jungang Line, Suin-Bundang Line, and KTX Gangneung Line, providing excellent access not only to Seoul but also to the greater metropolitan area and the Chuncheon region of Gangwon Province. In addition, four new lines?GTX-B, GTX-C, Myeonmok Line, and Gangbuk Transversal Line?are scheduled for construction.

Furthermore, residents will have convenient access to nearby facilities such as Lotte Department Store Cheongnyangni, Lotte Mart, Cheongnyangni Traditional Market, Korea University Anam Hospital, and Seoul Sacred Heart Hospital. The complex is also adjacent to Hongneung Neighborhood Park, Gaewoon Mountain, and Cheonjang Mountain, allowing residents to enjoy a pleasant natural environment within the city.

The development also boasts excellent design. In response to the recent increase in one- and two-person households, the units are optimized for small to mid-sized living spaces. Some units feature an efficient 4-bay, 3-room layout, and the floor plans and designs reflect high consumer preferences.

In addition, a variety of community facilities, including private storage, a fitness center, a playground, and a rooftop garden, will be provided to enhance residents' satisfaction with life within the complex.

The promotional center is located in Cheongnyangni-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and is scheduled to open in July.
