On July 3, Song Eonseok, the interim leader and floor leader of the People Power Party, along with other party lawmakers, held a protest with picket signs in front of the National Assembly main chamber after abstaining from the vote on the confirmation motion for Prime Minister nominee Kim Minseok during the plenary session.
