Hyundai Motor Group invited more than 200 counselors and therapists from 72 child protection agencies across the country and offered various programs to help reduce work fatigue. To enhance professional skills, the group also provided opportunities to build expertise, including training in interview and counseling techniques for children and parents, lectures on legal issues applicable to fieldwork, and special lectures by guest speakers.

On the final day of the event, Dr. Oh Eunyoung, a psychiatrist and family counseling expert, was invited to share practical know-how that can be applied in the field, such as case management and counseling techniques for abused children, under the theme of "Special Communication Skills for Child Protection Agency Workers."

Since 2014, Hyundai Motor Group has been running the 'i-CARE' project to prevent child abuse. The group plans to continue building a comprehensive support system for child protection through initiatives such as the 'iCare Car,' which provides vehicles dedicated to psychological counseling, and the 'iCare Home' project, which supports the remodeling of shelters for abused children.

A Hyundai Motor Group representative said, "For 11 years, we have been providing sincere support for abused children and working to prevent child abuse in various ways," adding, "We will do our best to ensure that more children can grow up in a safe environment."
