Up to 20% Discount for Wiper Blade Replacement Customers
100,000 KRW Coupon for Replacing Four Tires After the Campaign
Renault Korea (CEO Stephane Deblaise) is launching a "Special Summer Maintenance Discount Campaign" to meet the increased demand for vehicle safety inspections during the summer season.
This campaign will run until August 30 at approximately 400 Renault Korea service network locations nationwide, offering special discount benefits to customers who replace wiper blades or tires.
For wiper blades, general customers will receive a 15% discount, while "My Renault" app members will receive up to a 20% discount. Customers who replace all four tires will receive a maintenance discount coupon worth a total of 100,000 KRW via the "My Renault" app after the campaign ends.
Kang Jinkyu, Director of After Sales at Renault Korea, stated, "Since heavy rain and hot weather are expected, it is essential to check wiper blades and tires during the summer. We hope customers will conveniently inspect their wiper blades and tires at Renault Korea service network locations, and, if necessary, replace them at a reasonable cost to ensure a safe drive."
During the summer, wipers are used more frequently, causing blades to wear out quickly. Worn wipers can make it difficult to secure a clear view while driving, increasing the risk of accidents during nighttime or high-speed driving. Experts recommend replacing wiper blades every 6 to 10 months, but advise checking their condition more often in the summer.
Tires can also pose a risk, as worn tires may reduce braking performance on hot roads or increase the danger of hydroplaning during the rainy season. Rising summer temperatures also affect tire air pressure, so regular inspections are necessary regardless of the replacement cycle.
Renault Korea provides convenient guidance on maintenance reservations, customer benefits tailored to each vehicle, and online maintenance estimates through the "My Renault" app.
Additionally, Renault Korea is operating the "Visible Premium Inspection" service, mainly at its directly managed service centers. This inspection covers not only basic items such as tires, air conditioning systems, and oils, but also more detailed items including interior and exterior lights, brake pads and discs, engine mount condition, and constant velocity joint boots. Any issues found during the inspection are immediately communicated to customers via the app or text message.
