At the event, Mayor Park expressed her gratitude to the staff, saying, "Over the past three years, we have become stronger through the power of 'togetherness,' which has enabled us to achieve remarkable results." She also stated, "In the second half of this year, we will continue to promote organizational and personnel system improvements to enhance the working environment for employees."

The event was attended by approximately 600 people, including Mayor Park, key executives, and staff from Yongsan District Office, the public health center, local community centers, and the Facilities Management Corporation.

Immediately following the assembly, there was a special lecture by Choi Seongho, chief public designer of Yongsan District and professor at Hanyang Cyber University. Under the theme "Urban Design for People," he presented the direction and practical strategies for public design in Yongsan District, using examples of pedestrian-centered public projects and design integration, which drew significant interest from the attendees.
