Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH) has selected candidates for occupancy negotiations for the industrial facility sites E4-2 and E5-2 within the Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley Urban High-Tech Industrial Complex.
The E4-2 site, designated for global companies including foreign-invested enterprises, was awarded to the DHK Solution consortium. The E5-2 site, intended for industry-academia-research collaboration, was awarded to the Bioplus consortium.
The DHK Solution consortium consists of DHK Solution, a foreign-invested company providing semiconductor manufacturing process and equipment solutions, as well as leading companies in the semiconductor test equipment sector, YC and Exicon.
The Bioplus consortium is composed of Bioplus, a global company recognized in the bio field for biomacromolecules and stem cells, and the Hanyang University Industry-Academia Cooperation Foundation, a research institute specializing in advanced biohealth.
GH plans to negotiate and supplement business plans with both consortia during July and sign occupancy agreements, and then reflect the industrial complex plan to complete occupancy and sales contracts in August.
