Yuhan Corporation Publishes Sustainability Management Report "PROGRESS AND INTEGRITY"

Comprehensive Report on R&D Achievements, Governance Improvements, and ESG Activities

Yuhan Corporation published its sustainability management report, "PROGRESS AND INTEGRITY," on June 30, which details its performance and plans across Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) areas, including financial results.

This year's report includes key achievements such as surpassing 2 trillion KRW in sales, obtaining FDA and EMA approvals for the combination therapy of Lazertinib, improvements in governance such as the establishment of the ESG Committee, and major sustainability management activities including responses to climate change and biodiversity conservation. The company also disclosed specific activities and outcomes for 15 material issues, including strengthening R&D, ethical and compliance management, talent development, board operations, and safety and health.


Cho Wookje, CEO of Yuhan Corporation, stated, "As we approach our 100th anniversary in 2026, Yuhan Corporation is focusing on innovative new drug development, ethical management, and talent growth as our core priorities to become a global pharmaceutical company. We will continue to move toward a sustainable future as a responsible company contributing to human health and social development."


This report was prepared in accordance with international disclosure standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Healthcare Industry Standards. In addition, the report has been third-party verified by the Korea Management Certification Institute to enhance the reliability of the information. The report is available on Yuhan Corporation's official website and the electronic disclosure system (DART).


Meanwhile, at the end of 2024, Yuhan Corporation was included in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) KOREA, announced by S&P Global, for the second consecutive year. In the 2025 MSCI ESG evaluation, the company was upgraded from an A rating to an AA rating. Furthermore, Yuhan Corporation was ranked fourth among listed companies with sales exceeding 2 trillion KRW in the Sustinvest ESG Best Companies Top 100, receiving high recognition both domestically and internationally in the ESG field.
