Gwangju Bank announced on June 30 that it recently held a subscription event for the 'TenTen Archery Savings' at its sales department.


Vice President Jang Youngsul of the Korea Archery Association and triple gold medalist at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, An San, attended the subscription event. The event was organized to promote the World Archery Championships being held in Gwangju and the '2025 Visit Gwangju Year,' as well as to encourage the interest and participation of local residents. As a leading financial institution in the region, Gwangju Bank is working toward mutual growth with the local community by offering financial products linked to regional sports festivals.


Vice President Jang Youngsul and athlete An San, who attended the event, personally visited the branch to subscribe to the 'TenTen Archery Savings' and expressed their gratitude for Gwangju Bank's efforts to promote the Gwangju World Archery Championships.


'TenTen Archery Savings' is a product linked to the Gwangju World Archery Championships and is available for a limited time until August 31. Depending on the performance of the Gwangju Bank TenTen Archery Team athletes, customers can receive a preferential interest rate of up to 0.60%p per year. In addition, to commemorate the '2025 Visit Gwangju Year,' an additional preferential rate of up to 0.70%p per year is offered based on proof of visits to major tourist attractions in Gwangju. This unique product allows customers to support the archery championships, travel in Gwangju, and enjoy financial benefits at the same time, and it is attracting significant interest from both local residents and customers nationwide.


An San said, "It is very meaningful that such a special financial product has been launched in Gwangju, the city of archery," adding, "I hope many people will visit Gwangju and support the championships as well."
