Over 10,000 Participants from Across the Country at the Kyungga Festival
Emerging as a Nationwide Literary and Artistic Event
BNK Kyongnam Bank held the 'BNK Kyongnam Bank Family Culture Festival (subtitled: The 34th BNK Kyongnam Bank Writing and Art Contest, hereinafter referred to as Kyungga Festival) Awards Ceremony.'
The Kyungga Festival Awards Ceremony, which took place on June 27 in the main auditorium at the bank's headquarters, was attended by President Kim Taehan and executives and staff members, who congratulated the winners in the painting category.
BNK Kyongnam Bank presented the Gyeongnam Governor's Award, the Gyeongnam Superintendent of Education Award, the BNK Kyongnam Bank President's Award, the Gyeongnam Mecenat Association President's Award, as well as prize money and bouquets, to the main winners in the painting category of the Kyungga Festival.
The Grand Prize in the painting category was awarded to Kwon Jaeha (Orchard Language Institute Changwon), Lee Seoyeon (Deokjeong Elementary School), Kim Hayoon (Ocean Elementary School), Woo Rayoung (Y Kids Changwon), Lim Siyeon (Gyobang Elementary School), and Jang Yunseo (Geoje Sangdong Elementary School), who respectively received the Gyeongnam Superintendent of Education Award, the Gyeongnam Governor's Award, and BNK Kyongnam Bank prize money.
The Excellence Award was given to Jung Yerin (Pinocchio Kindergarten), Lee Jiyul (Yangdeok Solbit Kindergarten), Lee Yuseong (Samjeongja Elementary School), Jeon Minseo (Bukseong Elementary School), Koo Juwon (Geumyang Elementary School), and Kim Seoyoon (Bukmyeon Elementary School), who each received the BNK Kyongnam Bank President's Award and prize money.
The Merit Award in the painting category went to Lee Eunha (Soopsok Haebaragi Kindergarten), Oh Dawon (Ain Kindergarten), Cho Yujun (Soopsok Haebaragi Kindergarten), Kim Gyuri (Bukseong Elementary School), Hwang Yuchan (Bukmyeon Elementary School), Kim Sihun (Masan Goun Elementary School), Kang Yunseo (Gimhae Mosan Elementary School), Park Hyeyoung (Seongju Elementary School), and Lee Soyoon (Daecheong Elementary School), who were selected to receive the BNK Kyongnam Bank President's Award and prize money.
This year, the newly added Gyeongnam Mecenat Association President's Award was presented to Park Jungseon (Sehwa Kindergarten), Kim Yeji (Changwon Elementary School), and Lee Seoju (Uichang Elementary School).
BNK Kyongnam Bank plans to send certificates to the kindergartens or elementary schools of students who were selected for the Special Selection and Honorable Mention in the painting category. (Award recipients can be checked on the BNK Kyongnam Bank website.)

The BNK Kyongnam Bank Family Culture Festival is a representative local literary and artistic event that BNK Kyongnam Bank has hosted since 1990, enabling all local residents, from children to adults, to cultivate cultural and artistic sensibilities and enjoy creative activities such as writing and drawing with their families.
The Kyungga Festival, held simultaneously at Masan Robot Land and Ulsan Grand Park on April 26, saw the participation of 10,000 pre-registered individuals and approximately 2,000 on-site registrants, as local families took part and made the event a great success.
Meanwhile, BNK Kyongnam Bank plans to hold the 'Kyungga Festival Award-Winning Works Exhibition' at the BNK Kyongnam Bank Gallery until July 11, so that many local residents can view the winning works from the Kyungga Festival.
