Next week, a total of 6,476 units across nine complexes, including Hoyheon Central IPark in Anyang, Gyeonggi Province, will enter the presale market.
According to Real Estate R114 on June 28, a total of 6,475 units (of which 3,809 are for general sale) will be supplied across nine complexes nationwide next week. The previous week saw only 930 units released.
The number of units scheduled for presale next month is expected to reach 44,000, an increase of 69.2% compared to 26,005 units in the previous month. This is the highest figure so far this year.
In particular, 'Hoyheon Central IPark,' supplied by HDC Hyundai Development Company in Anyang, Gyeonggi Province, is attracting attention. The development consists of seven buildings with a total of 507 units, ranging from two basement levels to 29 floors above ground. Of these, 144 units will be available for general application.
This complex offers convenient access to Seoul and the greater metropolitan area via the Seohaean Expressway, the Second Gyeongin Expressway, the Pyeongtaek-Paju Expressway, and the Gangnam Circular Urban Expressway. Residents will also have access to KTX Gwangmyeong Station and Line 1 Anyang Station, while new infrastructure projects such as the Shin Ansan Line (scheduled for 2026) and the Wolgot-Pangyo Line (scheduled for 2028) are currently underway.
In addition, applications will be accepted for other complexes such as 'Harrington Square River Park' in Yeok-dong, Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, and 'Asan Tangjeong Xi Central City' in Tangjeong-myeon, Asan, South Chungcheong Province.
