'Daejeon Culture Park Sujain' Begins Full-Scale Sales...Private Park Special Project Apartment Daejeon Culture Park Sujain Perspective View

'Daejeon Culture Park Sujain', constructed by BS Hanyang, officially opened its model home on June 27 and began its sales in earnest.

Daejeon Culture Park Sujain will consist of 11 buildings, ranging from three basement levels to 16 above-ground floors, offering a total of 509 units: 419 units of 84 square meters and 90 units of 126 square meters in exclusive area. The project is being carried out as a leveraged land trust, with the project developer, Munhwa Dream Park Development, entrusting KB Real Estate Trust with all aspects including funding, construction orders, sales, management, and operations.

Supplied as part of a private park special project, the complex is surrounded by approximately 157,000 square meters of park facilities, such as walking trails and rest areas, which residents can enjoy as if they were part of the complex's landscaping. The internal landscaping will also be enhanced with a variety of plantings, a lawn yard, cherry blossom paths, and theme gardens to maximize the appeal of its park-side location.

All units are designed with a panel-type 4-bay layout, which is advantageous for sunlight and ventilation, and feature a convenient kitchen flow connected to a multi-purpose room as well as a wide dining space. Notably, both the 84 square meter and 126 square meter types are equipped with entrance pantries and kitchen pantries to maximize storage efficiency. Some units will also feature protruding balconies offering panoramic views of Bomunsan.

The community facilities will include a sports zone on the first basement level, featuring a fitness center, indoor golf practice range and screen golf area, Pilates room, and GX room, as well as an edu-zone with a kids' cafe, small library, study room, single-person reading room, and party room. On the ground level, plans include a communal community space with an open kitchen, a daycare center, and a senior citizens' center.

The subscription schedule will begin with special supply applications on July 7, followed by first-priority applications on July 8 and second-priority applications on July 9. The winners will be announced on July 15. After document submission from July 17 to 26, the final contracts will be signed at the model home over four days from July 28 to 31.

A sales representative stated, "Daejeon Culture Park Sujain has set a reasonable sale price compared to newly built complexes in Munhwa-dong last year, reducing the financial burden for buyers. It offers a prime park-side location, specialized designs that enhance residential satisfaction, and comprehensive urban infrastructure."
