On June 27, Chungnam Province announced that it has partnered with Lotte Mart to expand sales channels for outstanding local agricultural products.
The province will hold a promotional event for three local agricultural products at 304 Lotte Mart and Super stores nationwide until the 2nd of next month.
This event aims to showcase high-quality agricultural products from Chungnam to consumers across the country through a large-scale distribution network, promote their excellence, and strengthen distribution partnerships.
The promotional items include garlic (from Hongseong and Taean), tomatoes (from Yesan), and green onions (from Yesan), and the event will feature discounts to encourage the consumption of these in-season agricultural products.
Specifically, the discounts are as follows: 10% off Hongseong Seobu Nonghyup garlic (30 bulbs/net), 10% off Taean Agricultural Cooperative Corporation garlic (50 bulbs/net), 15% off Yesan Nonghyup tomatoes (1kg/box), and 10% off Yesan Nonghyup green onions (200g/bag).
An official from the province stated, "Through this event, we will widely promote the excellent quality and taste of Chungnam agricultural products, increase the income of local farmers, and do our best to ensure that outstanding local products can continue to reach consumers nationwide."
