The Promotion Center organized these meetings to visit each commercial district in person and communicate directly with merchants. The meetings served as a venue for in-depth discussions on a wide range of topics, including identifying customized support strategies tailored to the characteristics of each district, listening to difficulties faced on the ground, and exploring ways to foster mutual growth through the establishment of public-private cooperation.

In particular, through intensive, field-oriented communication, the Promotion Center was able to closely identify the specific conditions of each district and the actual needs of merchants, thereby achieving meaningful results in securing foundational data for the development of effective future policies.

Kim Yongseok, president of Uijeongbu Urban Corporation, stated, "These meetings were not just a formality, but a practical channel for directly hearing the vivid voices from the field and reflecting them in policy." He added, "Based on the opinions presented during the meetings, we will do our utmost to develop policies that strengthen the self-sufficiency of each commercial district and promote sustainable development."
