This was the second on-site communication event following the previous Misa Centum Biz briefing session. It was organized to directly listen to the voices of companies struggling due to global economic uncertainty and economic slowdown, and to seek practical support measures for them.

The briefing session was attended by Mayor Lee Hyunjae, Kim Juhee, head of the U-Tech Valley management team, more than 100 businesspeople, as well as representatives from relevant organizations such as Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation, Gyeonggi Institute of Economic Science and Technology, and Gyeonggi Technopark.

In addition, U-Tech Valley hosted cultural events such as a music concert for resident companies, adding vibrancy to the event. The mayor of Hanam also presented commendations to businesspeople who contributed to revitalizing the local economy and advancing small and medium-sized enterprises.

U-Tech Valley is a knowledge industry center established in 2021, currently housing more than 340 companies across various sectors including manufacturing, information and communication industries, and knowledge industries, playing a pivotal role in Hanam City's economy.

Mayor Lee Hyunjae encouraged companies struggling under difficult economic conditions and emphasized that resolving their difficulties is the city's top priority. In particular, during a communication session with businesspeople held prior to the briefing, various suggestions related to transportation infrastructure, such as improvements to traffic signal systems and the installation of crosswalks, were raised. In response, the mayor, together with working-level officials including the head of the Transportation and Construction Bureau, discussed and sought practical directions for improvement.

During the subsequent project briefing, Hanam City and relevant organizations introduced various business support policies, including SME development funds, market development, production support, and technology development. These policies attracted significant interest from the attending businesspeople.

Mayor Lee Hyunjae stressed, "The voices from the business field are the starting point for Hanam City's policies," and emphasized, "Active participation from businesspeople is more important than anything else to enhance the city's brand value." He added, "We will continue to foster ongoing communication with businesses to spread the perception that 'companies succeed when they come to Hanam.'"
