Available for 233 Households... No Subscription Savings Account Needed to Apply
Open for Two Days on June 27 and 30, Move In Immediately After Final Payment
Up to 10-Month Move-In Delay Allowed After Signing the Contract

DK Asia, the real estate developer overseeing the project, and Daewoo Engineering & Construction, the builder, have opened general subscription for the large-scale apartment complex 'Wanggil Station Royal Park City Prugio (Singumdan Royal Park City II)' in Seo-gu, Incheon.

According to DK Asia on June 25, this subscription will take place over two days, on June 27 and June 30. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply, even without a subscription savings account. A total of 233 units are available, with floor plans of 59㎡, 74㎡, and 84㎡, all in small to medium sizes. Applications can be submitted via 'Cheongyak Home', with the winner announcement scheduled for July 3 and contract signing on July 6.

The general supply method allows the company to offer its own inventory directly to the public. The move-in conditions are quite flexible. Residents can defer moving in for up to 10 months after signing the contract, giving them ample time to sell their current home. As the apartments are already completed, residents can move in immediately after paying the remaining balance. The down payment is only 5% of the sale price, minimizing the initial financial burden.

The sale price for units with a floor area of 59㎡ and 74㎡ is in the 500 million won range, while 84㎡ units are in the 600 million won range. Compared to new apartments in Incheon or nearby Gimpo, which are often priced over 900 million won, these prices are considered relatively affordable.

This apartment complex uses a post-sale system, meaning the homes are built in advance and buyers can sign the contract after viewing the actual property. The complex consists of 1,500 units and, as a large-scale development, offers a wide range of amenities. Residents have access to high-end swimming pools, an indoor golf range, a fitness center, a movie theater, a sauna, a library, and a senior club. Notably, this is the first apartment complex in Incheon to feature an on-site movie theater.

There is also a meal service for residents, with all three daily meals prepared by chefs from Shinsegae Food. Satisfaction is high, with residents posting positive reviews on community boards and chat rooms.

The landscaping of the complex is also drawing attention. A large garden planted with Osmanthus, hydrangeas, and roses features a grand fountain and a waterside promenade. There are a total of one million plants, and a professional 'tree doctor' is stationed onsite for maintenance. The landscaping was designed with input from Samsung C&T's Everland landscaping team. It is said that representatives from major construction companies and reconstruction associations have visited and expressed their admiration.

DK Asia plans to launch a 'landscape tour program' for the general public in mid-July, allowing anyone to experience the landscaping firsthand.

From the complex, it takes about 40 minutes to reach Seoul Station from Geomam Station on the Airport Railroad, which is a 17-minute drive away. Wanggil Station on Incheon Subway Line 2 is a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from the complex. Shuttle buses connect the complex to both subway stations. In the future, transportation is expected to become even more convenient with the planned connection of Incheon Subway Lines 2 and 3 and Seoul Subway Line 9. Highway access is also convenient, making car travel hassle-free. Incheon Airport is about a 20-minute drive away.

This complex is at the heart of Incheon City's future urban development project, 'Eco Meta City.' The project aims to connect Geomdan New Town and Royal Park City to create a massive new city with 100,000 households. Incheon City plans to establish Geomdan-gu as a separate district in July 2026, with the goal of developing it into a city surpassing Songdo and Cheongna.

Royal Park City is a residential brand created by DK Asia that combines urban and resort living. With large parks, hotel-level facilities, and a variety of community programs, it offers a 'resort in the city' lifestyle. The Handul District, with 4,800 units, has already been fully occupied, and the current complex (1,500 units) is also completed. In addition, sales are being planned for Geomdan District 5 (420,000㎡, 120,000 pyeong) and Wanggil District 1 (500,000㎡, 150,000 pyeong, 4,576 units).
