of Companies Participating in the Global IR Program

On June 25, Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Kibo) announced that it had held the "Baby Unicorn Global Networking Day" at the IFC The Forum in Yeouido, Seoul on the 24th, to share the overseas expansion achievements and global strategies of Baby Unicorn companies.

Approximately 50 people attended the event, including participants in the 2024 Global IR Program, representatives from global investment institutions, and executives and employees from companies selected as Baby Unicorns for 2025. Kibo provided a variety of programs and networking opportunities, such as a presentation on the achievements of the Baby Unicorn Global Program, sharing experiences and outcomes of Baby Unicorn companies' global expansion, a global investor panel talk, and a global IPO strategy seminar, to help explore successful global expansion strategies.

The Baby Unicorn Fostering Program is the first stage of the "Global Unicorn Project" promoted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and Kibo. It is a program that discovers promising venture companies with innovative business models and growth potential and nurtures them into preliminary unicorns with a corporate value of over 100 billion KRW.

Selected Baby Unicorn companies receive not only financial support such as market development funds and Kibo's special guarantees, but also a variety of overseas expansion support programs, including global IR, global consulting, and support for participation in overseas exhibitions. Last year, the Global IR Program was held in four regions?Silicon Valley and New York in the United States, Japan, and Singapore?with 27 companies participating. These companies achieved results through IR sessions and networking with local investors.

Kim Jongho, director of Kibo, stated, "Kibo will continue to strengthen its comprehensive overseas expansion support system for Baby Unicorn companies and actively contribute to fostering global unicorns, so that these companies can make even greater leaps in the global market."
