KOSDAQ-listed company Incredible Buzz has taken steps to transform its business structure by acquiring the distribution rights to the premium amino acid drink "Nutrakos Drinkable."


According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on June 24, Incredible Buzz's sales in the first quarter of this year surged by 269% compared to the same period last year. The majority of sales came from the healthcare division, which accounted for 86% of total revenue.


In February, Incredible Buzz acquired the distribution rights to "Nutrakos Drinkable" and began full-scale marketing and sales activities. The company is reducing the scale of its low-profit fashion distribution business and is making a leap forward as a global health and beauty solution platform company with high growth potential.


Nutrakos Drinkable is a "beauty amino acid" beverage developed by the Italian pharmaceutical company PD (Professional Dietetics). Unlike ordinary collagen supplements, it is a routine product that helps the skin restore its structure by stimulating the skin's own collagen production. According to the company, sales of this product have increased by an average of 40% per year over the past three years since 2021.


Incredible Buzz has already validated its premium distribution infrastructure in hospitals and clinics through its affiliate Motiva Korea, the leading domestic breast implant company. Nutrakos Drinkable is also being distributed using the same strategy, building a trust-based sales channel focused on specialized medical institutions such as dermatology and plastic surgery clinics in offline channels.


Additionally, the proportion of subscription customers on the official Nutrakos online mall is increasing, allowing the company to secure a stable revenue structure centered on highly loyal customers. In fact, the repurchase rate on the official Nutrakos mall is reported to exceed 70%.


The company is also preparing to launch new products. In the third to fourth quarters, it plans to expand its category to younger consumers and active lifestyle customers with the launch of "Nutrakos Active Daily Accelerator Shot." Through brand activities focused on customer touchpoints such as model campaigns, pop-up stores, and golf community partnerships, the company aims to expand its influence not only in inner beauty but also across the entire health and beauty market based on performance trends.


Furthermore, the company plans to officially launch the bio-stimulator injectable "Sunekos." Sunekos is a product developed based on PD's patented technology. With a patented combination of non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid and six types of amino acids, it addresses the shortcomings of conventional skin booster injectables, while reliably inducing the production of collagen and elastin to deliver satisfying results without disrupting the skin's balance.


An Incredible Buzz representative stated, "Our company is going beyond simple product distribution by selectively introducing only global healthcare solutions with proven technology and marketability, and establishing a platform-based strategy to ensure stable entry into core growth areas such as inner beauty, injectables, and wellness. Through this, this year will become the inaugural year for expanding both our market presence and revenue structure."
