Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) President Hwang Sangha and the inspection team visited construction sites in the Gangdong-gu area to conduct an emergency inspection of the response to heavy rainfall and the safety management system, the company announced on the 23rd.
This inspection was carried out to prevent damage to citizens and on-site workers caused by heavy rainfall, as a heavy rain advisory had been issued.

The inspection team visited the Mangwolcheon stream maintenance project and the Myeongil 1-dong Community Center complex project sites, both underway in Gangdong-gu, to assess the status of safety management.
In particular, the team focused on checking the following: whether obstacles to water flow within the stream had been removed; the condition of slope protection along the stream; the safety and drainage status of underground facilities at demolition sites; and the maintenance status of drainage systems around the sites.
President Hwang Sangha stated, "We will maintain a thorough safety management system to ensure that no harm comes to citizens or workers due to heavy rainfall."
