Jang Bogoseok Food Mart Jincheon Branch in Daegu Donates 200,000 Won Monthly for 12 Years to Help Neighbors

Designated as "Dalseo Steady Donor"

Daegu Dalseo District (District Mayor Taehun Lee) announced on June 23 that it has designated Jang Bogoseok Food Mart Jincheon Branch (Branch Manager Youngjin Kim), which has donated a total of 20 million won through small regular donations, as the third recipient of the "Dalseo Steady Donor" recognition.

The "Dalseo Steady Donor" program is a donor recognition system launched in 2024 to honor individuals or organizations who have made regular donations for more than five years and have accumulated a total of 20 million won in donations. The program aims to spread a culture of sharing within the community.

Since 2013, Jang Bogoseok Food Mart Jincheon Branch has been donating 200,000 won every month to the "Dalseo Love 365" campaign. Through 12 years of consistent giving, the total donation amount has surpassed 20 million won, resulting in its designation as the third "Dalseo Steady Donor."

Jang Bogoseok Food Mart is a company based in Daegu that operates branches nationwide and is continuously engaged in various social contribution activities in partnership with the local community.

The donations are being used to support a variety of projects aimed at improving the welfare of vulnerable groups within Dalseo District.

Branch Manager Youngjin Kim stated, "I feel a renewed sense of pride knowing that I have been able to donate consistently for 12 years. I am grateful to Dalseo District for organizing such a meaningful occasion, and I will continue to share warmth with the community in the future."
