The application schedule begins with special supply on this day, followed by first-priority applications on June 24 and second-priority applications on June 25. The winners will be announced on July 1, and contracts will be signed over a four-day period starting August 4.
To qualify for first-priority application, applicants must be adult members of a household without home ownership who have held a subscription savings account for at least six months and made at least six monthly deposits. The sale price is set uniformly at 329.9 million KRW for all unit types. As the complex is supplied on public land, the price ceiling system applies, and the price is considered reasonable compared to market rates.
A key strength of this complex is its well-established educational environment for children. Undong Elementary School, Undong Middle School, and Sangdang High School are all within walking distance. A new standalone kindergarten is also planned. In nearby Yongam-dong, which is easily accessible by car, there is a concentration of private academies, making it convenient for residents to use these facilities.
