On June 21, Acting Mayor Jang personally inspected water level monitoring devices, electrical facilities, drainage pump operation, and drainage channels in the underground machinery rooms of the passages.
In addition, to prevent accidents that could occur if automatic vehicle barriers fail to operate during flooding of underground passages caused by heavy rainfall in the rainy season, he thoroughly checked the proper functioning of vehicle entry barriers and electronic information boards installed at the entrances.
