ASTA to Raise 2.7 Billion KRW via Capital Increase... Recipient is Pume Asset Management Fund

KOSDAQ-listed company ASTA announced on the 20th that it has decided to raise approximately 2.7 billion KRW through a third-party allotment capital increase for operating funds.

The recipient is Pume Asset Management's "Pume High Yield Private Investment Trust No. 1." A total of 754,200 new shares will be issued at 3,580 KRW per share.
