This field training was organized as part of the "Intelligent Robot Innovation Convergence University Project" led by the Ministry of Education and the National Research Foundation of Korea. It was conducted for students enrolled in "Internship Program 1," who are participating in the IC-PBL-based WeMeet Project.

The main content of the training included: customized education for industrial sites; providing feedback on the development of vision sensor-based applications; and mentoring and Q&A sessions with professionals in the field. Students applied the theories and algorithms they had learned on campus to actual robots and gained experience by directly resolving operational errors in a work environment similar to that of new employees.

Jung Hye-young, head of the Department of Mathematical Data Science at Hanyang University ERICA, stated, "Through Internship Program 1, our students are growing into creative and practical talents required by industry," and added, "We will continue to operate innovative curricula with the goal of nurturing talents who can flexibly adapt to various data-driven domains and lead the era of artificial intelligence."

Park Taejun, head of the Intelligent Robot Project Group at Hanyang University ERICA, also said, "Through industry-academia cooperation with CMES, we will strengthen the practical education system in the field of AI robotics and further expand our collaboration to foster talents who will lead future industries."
