BNK Busan Bank Partners with Bizmarket to Support Small and Medium-Sized Merchants

Support for Developing Online Sales Channels
Integration of Distribution Platform Entry and Factoring Finance

BNK Busan Bank has launched a project to support small and medium-sized merchants in developing online sales channels.

BNK Busan Bank (President Sungbin Bang) announced on the morning of June 20 that it had signed a mutual support business agreement for small and medium-sized merchants with Bizmarket Co., Ltd., an e-commerce specialist, at its Seoul branch office.

The signing ceremony was attended by Sungbin Bang, President of BNK Busan Bank, Tak Heo, CEO of Bizmarket, and other officials from both companies. Bizmarket Co., Ltd. is a platform company that provides B2B distribution services, including welfare malls, promotional items, and industrial goods (MRO).

This agreement was established to provide both expanded online sales channels and liquidity support to small and medium-sized merchants struggling due to high interest rates and high inflation. It is a public-private financial collaboration model that combines financial and distribution platforms, and is expected to become a new example of mutual growth for the regional economy.

Through the agreement, the two companies plan to: ▲ discover outstanding small and medium-sized merchants and recommend them for entry into Bizmarket ▲ provide accounts receivable factoring ▲ promote products from recommended companies ▲ and support direct purchasing or distribution.

Sungbin Bang, President of BNK Busan Bank, emphasized, "We hope this will help small and medium-sized merchants find new growth opportunities and enhance their competitiveness," adding, "We will continue to identify practical mutual growth models to contribute to revitalizing the regional economy."
