Membership Grows by Approximately 10% in One Year
Shilla Hotel announced on June 20 that it will launch a promotion for its integrated paid membership program, "Shilla S," to mark the first anniversary of its launch, starting from June 20.
Shilla S is an integrated paid membership that can be used at both The Shilla Seoul and The Shilla Jeju. It has received positive reviews for enhancing customer convenience and benefits compared to previous membership programs. The membership is divided into two types: ▲Brown and ▲Black, allowing customers to choose based on their frequency of hotel use.
"Shilla S Brown" is the basic membership designed for customers who want to enjoy hotel rooms and restaurants at a reasonable price. Members can choose between a complimentary one-night stay voucher or a restaurant voucher worth 400,000 points. "Shilla S Black" is a premium membership for frequent hotel guests, offering unlimited annual restaurant discounts and priority reservation benefits.
Within one year, the number of Shilla S members increased by approximately 10%. The proportion of Brown membership subscriptions for room type and dining type was 42% and 58%, respectively. Customers who prefer hotel vacations chose the room type to receive both a one-night stay voucher and restaurant discount benefits, while those who enjoy gourmet dining at hotel restaurants opted for the dining type to maximize value.
To celebrate the first anniversary of the integrated paid membership, Shilla Hotel will hold a promotion until July 31. New and returning members will receive a 50,000-point room voucher that can be used when booking a room at either The Shilla Seoul or The Shilla Jeju.
There will also be a raffle event for accommodation and dining vouchers. During the promotion period, a total of nine members who join will be selected to receive prizes: one winner will receive a one-night deluxe room voucher for The Shilla Seoul or The Shilla Jeju, three winners will receive a 100,000-point dining voucher, and five winners will receive a 50,000-point dining voucher.
The integrated paid membership "Shilla S" can be applied for through the Shilla Hotel website or mobile app.
