Hillsstate Hoeryong Station Parkview to Be Offered Next Month

Hyundai Construction announced on June 19 that it will begin offering Hillsstate Hoeryong Station Parkview, which is being built in Howon-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do, next month.

The new apartment complex will consist of 12 buildings ranging from three basement levels to 33 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,816 units featuring exclusive areas from 39 to 84 square meters. Of these, 674 units sized 59 and 84 square meters will be available for general sale. Residents will have walking access to Hoeryong Station, which serves both Subway Line 1 and the Uijeongbu Light Rail Transit. According to the company, it takes about 40 minutes to reach major business districts in both Gangbuk and Gangnam, Seoul. The Seoul Metropolitan Area First Ring Expressway and the Dongbu Expressway are also nearby.

There are elementary and middle schools near the complex, and the Howon-dong and Seoul Nowon areas have clusters of private academies. Department stores and large supermarkets are available, and there is a commercial district around Hoeryong Station. Mountains, parks, and walking trails are also in close proximity. In Howon-dong, where the complex is being built, 90% of apartments are over 20 years old, and 97% are over 15 years old. Excluding the new apartments, there are no other complexes scheduled for supply in the next five years.

The Uijeongbu Station, which is one stop from Hoeryong Station in front of the complex, is set to be served by the GTX (Great Train Express) C line. In October last year, construction began on the privately funded section of the Dongbu Expressway underground project. The publicly funded section is scheduled to open in 2034.

All general sale units in the complex are primarily oriented to the south. The 59㎡A and 84㎡A types feature a four-bay flat design, while the remaining units are of a tower type. The company plans to apply its proprietary floor noise reduction technology. Community facilities for residents will include a golf practice range, sauna, and care center. If a majority of contract holders (residents) agree, a public daycare center will be established. English education programs and tuition discounts for residents are also being prepared. The model home will be located in Howon-dong and will open next month. Move-in is scheduled for June 2026.
