Gwangju University Launches "Practical Mock Personality Test" Program to Strengthen Job-Seeking Competencies 2025 Practical Mock Personality Test Poster.

Gwangju University announced on June 19 that its University Job Plus Center will run the "2025 Practical Mock Personality Test" program as part of efforts to strengthen job-seeking competencies.

A personality test is used to identify the characteristics of applicants in order to select individuals who are suitable for specific roles and companies. It requires applicants to answer more than 200 questions consistently in a short period of time, covering topics such as personality, daily habits, and beliefs.

The university will cover the cost of the mock personality test for 50 participants, including third- and fourth-year students currently enrolled at Gwangju University, as well as graduates and local youth preparing for employment. On June 25, participants can take the test online from any location using their preferred ID, and the results will be provided in the form of statistical tables.

Current students at Gwangju University can apply through the Career Development System (Nuri System), while graduates and local youth can apply by contacting the designated staff member by phone.

Shin Chunwoo, director of the University Job Plus Center and professor in the Department of Accounting and Taxation, stated, "In order to avoid disadvantages in the 'personality test,' which is the final gateway to joining a company, practical job preparation is most important," adding, "We will actively develop programs to strengthen practical competencies, such as mock personality tests."
