Korea Epson has launched a new 4K high-resolution laser projector.
On June 19, Korea Epson announced the release of its new 4K high-resolution 3LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) laser projector, the 'EB-L895E Series'.
This new laser projector series is the latest addition to Epson's 3LCD projector lineup, which has maintained the number one global market share in projector sales for 24 consecutive years with a 51.7% share. Compared to previous models, the new series features enhanced image quality, brightness, and projection range. Supporting screens up to 500 inches, it is expected to be used in a wide range of business environments where immersive and vivid content is crucial, such as media art and screen golf, as well as in educational settings.
The new lineup consists of a total of seven types and ten models. All models in this lineup use a laser light source, delivering high performance, and offer a long lifespan of 20,000 hours in 'Normal' mode and 30,000 hours in 'Extended' mode. The use of recycled plastic in up to 20.8% of the main body and the adoption of eco-friendly packaging materials have improved both resource efficiency and recyclability.

The EB-L895E Series delivers high white and color brightness of up to 8,000 lumens, enabling clear and vivid images even in bright environments and on large screens. In particular, Epson's unique 'pixel shifting' technology, which increases resolution by moving each pixel of the input video 0.5 pixels horizontally and vertically, provides 4K-level screen resolution. Most models support a variety of features, including Airplay, Miracast, built-in Wi-Fi, and NFC (Near Field Communication), allowing for fast and easy wireless connections with personal mobile devices and ensuring stable operation.
The strengthened short-throw lineup is also a key feature. Equipped with a short-throw lens with optical zoom, the projectors prevent image quality loss and allow for smooth adjustment of projection angles. In particular, the EB-L695SE model uses a zoom lens with a 0.5 throw ratio, enabling clear large-screen projection even from short distances and making efficient use of space. In addition, the projectors can project from the ceiling to the floor, and the angle can be easily adjusted even in rooms with low ceilings, allowing for optimized installation in any environment.
