Through this agreement, the two companies will jointly provide advisory services to domestic companies seeking to list on the US securities market. With this IPO partnership, NH Investment & Securities will offer customized advisory services covering all aspects of US listings for Korean corporate clients, providing practical support from pre-listing preparations to investor engagement. Through this service, NH Investment & Securities also plans to continuously strengthen its global investment banking (IB) capabilities.
NH Investment & Securities has previously established a relationship with Evercore through a strategic partnership in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Evercore, founded in 1995, is a global investment bank with more than 2,000 employees across 28 offices in 12 countries. The firm holds a leading position in the M&A market and also covers IPOs in a variety of sectors?including energy, healthcare, and technology?within the equity capital markets (ECM).
This meeting was organized to share the capabilities and networks of both companies, to further define the cooperation model, and to discuss an execution roadmap for future joint projects. Lee Jooseung, Head of Advisory at NH Investment & Securities, stated, "This agreement is an extension of our strategic collaboration that began in 2016.
