Expansion of Concession Business Within the Airport
Ourhome announced on June 18 that it has opened its casual Korean dining brand 'Sonsuhun' at Incheon International Airport Terminal 1.
Sonsuhun is a brand that showcases Ourhome's expertise in Korean cuisine. Previously, it was mainly operated in hospitals and senior residences, but with the opening of the Incheon Airport branch, the company plans to actively introduce the flavors of Korean cuisine to global customers. The Sonsuhun Incheon Airport Terminal 1 branch is located on the west side of the 4th floor in the public area and has a total of 156 seats.
The menu consists of two main options: 'Sotbap Hansang Set' and 'A La Carte Bansang Set.' The Sotbap Hansang Set is available for two or more people and features premium Cheonjihyangmi rice cooked in a traditional pot, served with grilled meat and seafood dishes, as well as various side dishes. Main dishes include gochujang pork belly, crispy grilled beef bulgogi, and fish grilled with nuruk salt, all made with seasonal ingredients.
The A La Carte Bansang Set is served as a single-person meal and includes customer favorites such as stews, bibimbap, soups, and cold noodle dishes. The menu focuses on Korean dishes that are popular both in Korea and worldwide, such as 'Beef Brisket and Pollack Roe Soft Tofu Stew,' 'Barley Gochujang Bulgogi Bibimbap,' 'Spicy Beef and Cabbage Soup,' and 'Hamheung Cold Noodles.'
In addition to Sonsuhun, Ourhome is expanding its airport concession business by operating other brands such as 'Culinary Square by Ourhome,' 'Tasty Ground,' 'Hansik Sodamgil,' and 'Byeolmi Bunsik.'
An Ourhome representative stated, "We will continue to introduce various initiatives and services so that customers visiting Incheon Airport can experience Korean food culture in new and unique ways."
