The newly introduced AI information robot is a citizen-participatory tax service that utilizes autonomous driving technology to help visitors to City Hall access local tax information easily and enjoyably.
Visitors can conveniently obtain a variety of information through AI-based voice recognition or by touching the screen, including: ▲car tax payment information ▲immediate car tax payment ▲application for electronic delivery of local tax notices ▲guidance to the civil affairs office, and more.
Mayor Donggeun Kim stated, "The AI-based information robot will guarantee citizens' right to know and significantly improve accessibility to local tax payments. Going forward, we will continue to introduce new promotional initiatives for citizens who pay local taxes and further expand the convenience of tax payment that citizens can truly experience."
