Enhancing Work Productivity and Efficiency Through Collaboration with Hana Financial TI
On June 17, Hana Bank announced that it has fully implemented its proprietary generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology in its employee AI work support platform, Knowledge Chatbot, aiming to dramatically enhance staff productivity and efficiency.
This new service achieves more sustainable use of AI technology by internalizing generative AI capabilities through collaboration with Hana Financial TI, an affiliate of Hana Financial Group, rather than relying on external solutions. In particular, it introduces the conversational AI search format used by global big tech companies, thereby improving user satisfaction and delivering an advanced employee experience.
The newly revamped Knowledge Chatbot allows users to choose between 'AI Mode' and 'Search Mode.' The generative AI (H-GPT) comprehensively analyzes and synthesizes work-related knowledge?including regulations, FAQs, posts, and electronic approval documents?to provide detailed answers. By offering the latest regulations and clear sources, it enhances reliability and enables users to obtain high-quality information through conversational knowledge exploration.
In addition, existing convenience features?such as guidance on required documents, product information, Hana One Q menu guidance, financial calculators and real-time exchange rates, and translation tools?are maintained as is. However, with generative AI technology, the platform can more accurately identify the core of users' questions and provide highly relevant answers. Furthermore, features such as keyword extraction, summarization, and follow-up question suggestions guide users toward further exploration, enabling in-depth learning.
Moreover, users can selectively utilize various functions, including text generation in different formats, creative writing, coding, copilot, and image generation. Employees can also share their own GPTs by requesting AI analysis of documents they upload.
