The Residents' Representative Meeting explained that Council member Kim was recognized for her contributions to the welfare and safety of residents. As a three-term council member and having served as vice chairperson in the first half of the 9th council, she actively promoted the improvement of sidewalk blocks, curbstones, entrance areas, and the external environment?long-standing projects desired by the local community?despite her busy legislative schedule.
Kim stated, "I consider it my calling as a local council member to serve residents and help resolve their difficulties." She added, "I will continue to listen to the voices of the community and engage in legislative activities alongside residents with a spirit of service."
