Kim visited the site on this day to ensure that even one more of the union members' needs could be reflected before submitting the bid proposal. He stated, "We will show that Daewoo is different, and we will devote ourselves not to profit, but to winning the hearts of the union members."

In particular, he urged employees to meticulously incorporate the union members' needs into the bid proposal as if they were building their own homes. He also expressed his commitment to carefully oversee every detail until the union members move in, ensuring the project's success.

Daewoo Construction was the first to declare its intention to participate in this bidding competition. The company is preparing a landmark design in collaboration with French architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, who has participated in the design of renowned buildings such as the Louvre Museum in France and Incheon International Airport. Daewoo Construction has also unveiled plans to apply its high-end brand 'Summit' in Gangnam for the first time.

The Gaepo Woosung 7th reconstruction project involves transforming the existing complex of fifteen 14-story buildings with 802 units into a large-scale development with up to 35 stories and 1,122 units. According to the union's estimates, the project is valued at 677.8 billion KRW. The bidding deadline is June 19.

A Daewoo Construction representative stated, "Based on the construction expertise we have accumulated over 52 years, we will create a residential masterpiece that will satisfy the union members."
