Fasoo participated in the global security conference 'Gartner Security Summit 2025,' held from June 9 to June 11 at National Harbor, Maryland, USA.
The Gartner Security Summit, hosted by IT consulting and research firm Gartner, is a leading global security conference where security and IT leaders from around the world gather to share the latest security trends and insights. Having participated in the event since 2013, Fasoo was once again the only Korean company to attend this year, introducing the latest data infrastructure strategies for AI utilization through a dedicated session and exclusive booth.
On the afternoon of June 9 (local time), Ron Arden, CTO of Fasoo USA, delivered a session titled "Requirements for AI-Optimized Data," outlining the key requirements of AI data infrastructure for successful AI utilization. Arden explained, "Organizations must manage their data without omission and ensure that access control is possible with the most up-to-date and valid data."
As a strategy for secure AI utilization, Arden introduced Fasoo's data security platform, which enables integrated and consistent data protection.
Fasoo's data security platform integrates multiple data protection and management solutions into a single platform to protect data under zero-trust principles. Consistent policy enforcement is possible at all times, regardless of the location or state of the data. The platform provides real-time identification, classification, encryption, management, and monitoring functions throughout the entire lifecycle of sensitive data.
At Fasoo's exclusive booth, the core solutions of the AI data infrastructure and data security platform shared in the session were showcased. The next-generation document management platform 'Wrapsody' maximizes the quality and availability of internal data for AI learning by enabling document assetization, version control, and file-level access management. All documents are encrypted, and even when distributed storage is used based on document virtualization technology, documents are centrally managed as a single file without duplication, replacing conventional document centralization.
Fasoo also introduced 'Fasoo Enterprise DRM (FED),' the core solution of its data security platform and a leader in the global data security market, as well as the multi-cloud data security posture management solution 'Fasoo DSPM.'
FED applies continuous encryption throughout the entire lifecycle of a file, from creation to disposal, restricting viewing, editing, and printing according to set permissions, and providing usage history and logs to track and manage every stage from creation to disposal. In addition, Fasoo DSPM enables organizations to gain a comprehensive view of the security status of data scattered across the cloud, helps manage sensitive data, and supports compliance and vulnerability response.
Fasoo CEO Cho Kyugon stated, "In today's world, where AI capabilities directly determine an organization's competitiveness, AI capabilities are defined by the level of management of AI training data." He added, "Fasoo, which provides the optimal data management and protection infrastructure for AI, will continue to innovate so that global customers can utilize AI in the safest and most efficient way possible."
