This event was organized in line with the vision of Cho Hyunbum, Chairman of Hankook & Company Group, to promote a "proactive culture" company-wide and to strengthen a communication culture focused on execution.

The event was held at major domestic business sites, starting in Daejeon on May 27, followed by Pyeongtaek on June 4, and Pangyo on June 9. It is also scheduled to take place at the Novi site in the United States and the Koepen site in Germany, where Lee Suil, Vice Chairman of Hanon Systems, plans to attend in person to strengthen communication with overseas employees. The events at the Gyeongju, Ulsan, and Asan sites will be led by Park Jungho, President of HMG/APAC Business Division.

Last month, on May 22-23, Hanon Systems held the "Global Management Innovation Conference" at the Daejeon Technodome, attended by global executives, where the company shared a sense of urgency and commitment to innovation at the company-wide level. The recent event served as a practical forum where all employees could communicate horizontally and seek actionable execution strategies.

A Hanon Systems representative stated, "This is not simply a reporting or delivery session, but a forum where all members can freely express their opinions and discuss actionable ideas together," adding, "Through regular events, we aim to internalize the proactive culture and put change and innovation into practice."

Hankook & Company Group has also been conducting various cultural activities at the group level under the leadership of Chairman Cho. In particular, the "2025 Proactive Concert" has been expanded to all affiliates starting this year. With the goal of strengthening horizontal communication and execution capabilities, the program includes monthly group mission and vision sharing, messages from organizational leaders, and updates from group companies, among other initiatives.

Lee Suil, Vice Chairman of Hanon Systems, said, "Change and innovation are essential for survival and growth in the global market," and added, "I hope that this Proactive Concert will serve as an opportunity for all employees to come together to enhance execution and to shape the future of the organization together."
