Creverse is an edutech company that operates about 300 directly managed and franchised academies nationwide, including Cheongdam Language Institute, April Language Institute, and CMS Gifted Education Center. Recently, as demand for digitalization of consultations and operational efficiency has surged in the private education sector, Creverse has begun innovating to improve services by adopting AI-based consultation technology and integrated operational solutions.

LG Uplus will gradually introduce its AX integrated package, which includes AICC- and Exaone-based consultation summary services, as well as AI Biz Call, AI CCTV, messaging, Wi-Fi, and U+Connect, to Creverse academies in phases.

In addition, the two companies plan to jointly develop an AI consultation portal service to enhance the quality of consultations with parents, reduce consultation time, and lessen the workload for instructors and staff, thereby accelerating the digital transformation of overall academy operations.

This year, the two companies will introduce the AI consultation portal at Creverse’s directly managed locations in the first half, and in the second half, they will expand messaging services and telecommunications infrastructure to franchised locations.

Starting next year, they plan to officially launch the AX integrated package, expanding into the academy market for approximately 85,000 kindergartens, elementary, middle, and high schools nationwide. They also aim to further advance the education AX model, focusing on educational sites with substantial consultation demand.

LG Uplus has set a plan to expand its services, focusing on sites with clear demand such as parent consultations, through this partnership. The company is also considering future collaborations with public educational institutions and the development of software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings for parents, as well as expanding into telecommunications and AI-based platform businesses specialized for the education sector.

Kwon Yonghyun, Executive Vice President and Head of LG Uplus Enterprise Division, said, "LG Uplus will spread education AX with a spirit of challenge and growth, setting a new standard for the education industry." Lee Donghoon, CEO of Creverse, said, "This partnership marks an important beginning in line with Creverse’s vision of 'a system that evolves while preserving the essence of education.' We will provide a better educational service experience for students, parents, instructors, and staff alike."
