On June 5, Hana Card announced the launch of a pension payment account-linked promotion that enables integrated transactions with Hana Bank.


Hana Card Launches 50% Coffee Discount Promotion for Pension Recipients

This promotion is designed for customers who receive pensions such as the National Pension, Government Employees Pension, Private School Teachers Pension, and Military Pension through a Hana Bank account.


Customers who register their pension payment account with Hana Bank and use the Pension Hana Card, National Pension Certificate Pension Hana Card, or National Pension Certificate Hana Members 1Q Check Card are eligible for benefits.


If the pension payment amount is at least 100,000 won, customers can choose to have either the Pension Hana Card or the National Pension Certificate Pension Hana Card, both of which are credit card products, issued to them.


Both the Pension Hana Card and the National Pension Certificate Pension Hana Card offer benefits such as monthly cashback of up to 10,000 won for public transportation, monthly cashback of up to 10,000 won for small medical expenses (domestic hospitals and pharmacies), and a 5,000 won cashback for movies (CGV, Megabox, Lotte Cinema).


In addition, the National Pension Certificate Hana Members 1Q Check Card offers benefits such as monthly accumulation of up to 5,000 Hana Money points for purchases at convenience stores (CU, GS25, 7-Eleven), bakeries (Paris Baguette, Tous Les Jours), and coffee shops (Starbucks, Coffee Bean).


As part of the linked promotion, customers can receive a 50% discount (up to a maximum of 5,000 won per month) when paying with an eligible card at MegaMGC Coffee, Ediya Coffee, Twosome Place, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks. This promotion runs until December 31.
